Y no es solo un golpe econ\u00f3mico \u2014aunque ya de por s\u00ed es muy duro\u2014, tambi\u00e9n hiere en lo emocional, en la identidad. Surgen el miedo, la incertidumbre y, a veces, incluso una profunda desolaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, una comunicaci\u00f3n de salida respetuosa es tan importante: no solo es un reconocimiento al tiempo, al esfuerzo y a la dedicaci\u00f3n que una persona ha invertido en la organizaci\u00f3n sino que demuestra coherencia los valores y la cultura real de respeto &#8211; o no &#8211; de una organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque nunca ser\u00e1 un momento f\u00e1cil, dejar ir con cuidado a la dignidad y autoestima de la persona que sale suaviza el impacto y refleja un compromiso genuino con el bienestar de las personas. Manejar una desvinculaci\u00f3n con empat\u00eda y cuidado no solo ayuda a cerrar bien la etapa de offboarding, sino que convierte a esos excolaboradores en embajadores de la marca.
