estructural, los l\u00edderes empresariales enfrentan el desaf\u00edo de mostrarse cercanos, aut\u00e9nticos y coherentes.<\/p>\n<p>El estudio<strong>\u00a0Top CEO Top Digital Peru 2025<\/strong>, desarrollado por\u00a0<strong>Caf\u00e9 Taip\u00e1\u00a0<\/strong>y\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cafetaipa.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/CT_TCD25_Gestion.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">publicado en el Diario Gesti\u00f3n<\/a>, analiza c\u00f3mo los principales directivos del pa\u00eds est\u00e1n ejerciendo ese liderazgo visible, en un entorno donde las decisiones, las percepciones y la confianza se construyen cada d\u00eda tambi\u00e9n desde los entornos digitales.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s que medir popularidad, el estudio busca entender\u00a0<strong>c\u00f3mo los CEO comunican confianza y prop\u00f3sito<\/strong>, y qu\u00e9 tan preparados est\u00e1n para ser la voz de sus organizaciones en la era de la permacrisis.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>METODOLOG\u00cdA CON MIRADA REPUTACIONAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Con once ediciones consecutivas, el estudio es pionero en el seguimiento del liderazgo digital en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015 observ\u00f3 por primera vez la presencia de los CEO en redes sociales; en 2019 incorpor\u00f3 el an\u00e1lisis de contenidos; y en 2025 consolida un modelo que eval\u00faa el liderazgo visible desde la reputaci\u00f3n, proponiendo el marco de las 5 Dimensiones de la Reputaci\u00f3n de los Ejecutivos;\u00a0<strong>Expertise, \u00c9tica, Liderazgo, Prop\u00f3sito y Embajador.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis suma, adem\u00e1s tres indicadores que determinan la coherencia y la influencia del l\u00edder:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Presencia (20%)<\/strong>, que mide la consistencia de los perfiles digitales, su actualizaci\u00f3n y visibilidad en buscadores e inteligencia artificial.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gesti\u00f3n de Contenidos Reputacionales (50%)<\/strong>, que analiza 2,070 publicaciones de LinkedIn seg\u00fan las cinco dimensiones mencionadas.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Poder de Socializaci\u00f3n (30%)<\/strong>, que mide la capacidad de generar conversaci\u00f3n, interacci\u00f3n y redes de confianza.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>DIRECTIVOS ANALIZADOS<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La muestra abarca 145 l\u00edderes empresariales, de los cuales 122 son CEO activos de las empresas que m\u00e1s facturan en el pa\u00eds, seg\u00fan\u00a0<em>Per\u00fa Top Publications<\/em>, y 23 referentes\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/update\/urn:li:activity:7364268827058008065\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">propuestos por su influencia<\/a>\u00a0en la comunidad digital.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis cubre\u00a0<strong>17 sectores econ\u00f3micos<\/strong>, entre ellos banca, consumo masivo, energ\u00eda, miner\u00eda, educaci\u00f3n y tecnolog\u00eda, representando la diversidad de la estructura empresarial del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El periodo de evaluaci\u00f3n comprendi\u00f3\u00a0<strong>abril a septiembre de 2025<\/strong>\u00a0para los contenidos y\u00a0<strong>agosto de 2025<\/strong>\u00a0para la auditor\u00eda de presencia digital, considerando tambi\u00e9n la informaci\u00f3n disponible en entornos de inteligencia artificial generativa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>DE LA PRESENCIA A LA CONFIANZA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El estudio muestra que la madurez del liderazgo digital no depende del volumen de publicaciones, sino de\u00a0<strong>la calidad y coherencia del discurso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las publicaciones m\u00e1s valoradas por la ciudadan\u00eda son aquellas que proyectan expertise con prop\u00f3sito, \u00e9tica con convicci\u00f3n y liderazgo con empat\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En ese sentido, dentro del prop\u00f3sito no otorga un puntaje adicional, m\u00e1s que otras dimensiones, pero act\u00faa como\u00a0<strong>hilo conductor de la reputaci\u00f3n del l\u00edder<\/strong>, evidenciando si su comunicaci\u00f3n refleja coherencia entre lo que dice, hace y representa.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>UNA FOTO DEL LIDERAZGO EMPRESARIAL<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>M\u00e1s que un ranking, el estudio Top CEO Digital Per\u00fa 2025 ofrece una\u00a0<strong>radiograf\u00eda de c\u00f3mo los directivos m\u00e1s influyentes del pa\u00eds construyen confianza<\/strong>\u00a0en un entorno donde las empresas necesitan mostrar su lado humano.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de una lectura que combina rigor metodol\u00f3gico y an\u00e1lisis reputacional, el estudio confirma que la comunicaci\u00f3n del CEO no es solo parte del marketing, sino del liderazgo mismo.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PRESENCIA DIGITAL Y CONFIANZA EN LA ERA DE LA IA<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>LinkedIn se consolida como la red profesional por excelencia: el 95,5 % de los CEO peruanos tiene presencia y el 77 % mantiene actividad constante en la plataforma. En X (antes Twitter), el 31,9 % est\u00e1 presente pero solo el 5,7 % publica con frecuencia, mientras que en TikTok, apenas el 9 % tiene perfil y solo el 3,3 % est\u00e1 activo.<\/p>\n<p>En el entorno de\u00a0<strong>inteligencia artificial generativa<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>100 % de los CEO que si es referenciado por ChatGPT y Gemini,<\/strong>\u00a0fueron catalogados como confiables, aunque\u00a0<strong>un 10,3 % a\u00fan no figura en estas plataformas,<\/strong>\u00a0lo que pronto ser\u00e1 un factor reputacional relevante.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>RANKING Y SECTORES L\u00cdDERES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Fernando Eguiluz (BBVA) repite el primer lugar del ranking, seguido de Marco Fragale (Orygen) y Patricia Stuart (Universidad de Lima), \u00fanica mujer en el Top 10.<\/p>\n<p>Por sectores, la banca lidera ampliamente con 14,86 puntos en promedio, seguida por infraestructura (8,78), tecnolog\u00eda (8,46), educaci\u00f3n (8,43) y telecomunicaciones (8,43).<\/p>\n<p>En contraste,\u00a0<strong>miner\u00eda y pesca<\/strong>, como ya es costumbre en todos los estudios, registra el menor desempe\u00f1o con\u00a0<strong>4,39 puntos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Las mujeres CEO representan el 12,3 % del total de ejecutivos (fueron el 10% en el 2024) y destacan en los sectores belleza y salud, educaci\u00f3n y energ\u00eda, campos donde el liderazgo femenino muestra una tendencia creciente.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>PUBLICACIONES Y SOCIALIZACI\u00d3N EN LINKEDIN<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Entre los l\u00edderes del ranking, el promedio es de\u00a0<strong>1,85 publicaciones por semana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Fernando Eguiluz y Juan Stoessel (Casa Andina) son los que m\u00e1s conversaci\u00f3n generan, recibiendo 42 y 40 comentarios semanalaes por publicaci\u00f3n, respectivamente.<\/p>\n<p>En reacciones, destacan Eguiluz (1.199 por semana) y Sebasti\u00e1n Arcuri, Scotiabank (555).<\/p>\n<p>El CEO con m\u00e1s publicaciones compartidas es Juan Stoessel (20 por semana), seguido por Arcuri (19) y Eguiluz (16).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>CONTENIDO CON IMPACTO<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>liderazgo<\/strong>\u00a0es la dimensi\u00f3n m\u00e1s recurrente en las publicaciones (89,1 %) entre los CEO, seguido por el rol de\u00a0<strong>embajadoras de marca<\/strong>\u00a0(74,9 %) y\u00a0<strong>expertise<\/strong>\u00a0(72,3 %). En contraste,\u00a0<strong>\u00e9tica<\/strong>\u00a0apenas aparece en el\u00a0<strong>12,3 %<\/strong>\u00a0del contenido.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>LOS REFERENTES DIGITALES<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En el ranking de ejecutivos referentes, In\u00e9s Temple (presidente de LHH DBM Per\u00fa ) encabeza la lista, seguida de Violeta Orozco (ex CEO de Konecta) y Luciana Olivares (CEO de Boost).<\/p>\n<p>Entre los referentes, las dimensiones que predominan en sus publicaciones se enfocan en Liderazgo y su expertise profesional, a diferencia de los CEO de las empresas que m\u00e1s facturan, no tienen en primer plano el rol de embajadores de marca.
