In\u00e9s Temple, presidente ejecutiva de LHH DBM Per\u00fa y Chile, recibi\u00f3 el Premio  Star Thrower Award 2018\u201d durante la convenci\u00f3n global de Lee Hecht Harrison (LHH) en Phoenix Arizona. El Star Thrower Award<\/em>, es el tradicional reconocimiento de LHH a la persona que hace m\u00e1s por mejorar la vida de los dem\u00e1s dentro de la comunidad de LHH en 65 pa\u00edses alrededor del mundo.<\/p>\n

\u201cEste Premio Star Thrower<\/em> se otorga a colegas que no solo adoptan el concepto de hacer una diferencia, sino que la viven. Adem\u00e1s del trabajo que hacen para candidatos y clientes, son voluntarios en su comunidad, lugares de culto y escuelas. Ya sea que est\u00e9 entrenando a un equipo de j\u00f3venes, pasando tiempo con personas de la tercera edad o actuando en momentos dif\u00edciles, ellos desinteresadamente donan su tiempo y recursos para ayudar a otros. Pero, sobre todo, abren sus corazones, hacen una diferencia en el mundo y ayudan a que sea un lugar mejor. Su trabajo de a\u00f1os liderando CARE Per\u00fa y otras organizaciones de ayuda y desarrollo social ciertamente la califican para recibir este premio\u201d, refiri\u00f3 Ranjit de Souza, CEO mundial de LHH.<\/p>\n

Es importante destacar que In\u00e9s Temple, presidente de LHH DBM Per\u00fa y Chile, es tambi\u00e9n presidente del Directorio de CARE Per\u00fa, organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro que apoya a las comunidades pobres para erradicar la pobreza. CARE Per\u00fa lidera proyectos enfocados en temas de g\u00e9nero y educaci\u00f3n, como Ni\u00f1as con Oportunidades, proyecto que busca ayudar a que las ni\u00f1as en situaci\u00f3n de extrema pobreza terminen el colegio a tiempo, pese a las enormes dificultades que tienen para hacerlo.<\/p>\n

Ines Temple tambi\u00e9n ha sido Presidente del Directorio de Per\u00fa 2021, organizaci\u00f3n que promueve el compromiso social de los empresarios y Presidente de OWIT Per\u00fa \u2013 organizaci\u00f3n de mujeres de empresa OWIT Per\u00fa. Lider\u00f3 el CADE Universitario 2009, y participa de organizaciones como la Liga de Lucha contra el C\u00e1ncer, entre otras acciones a favor de la comunidad. En l\u00ednea con ese esp\u00edritu de colaboraci\u00f3n es que naci\u00f3 LHH DBM Per\u00fa, para impactar positivamente en la empleabilidad y las carreras profesionales de decenas de miles de personas.<\/p>\n

A nivel de difusi\u00f3n en temas de empleabilidad y marca personal, es columnista invitada y bloger del diario El Comercio y ha publicado m\u00e1s de 700 art\u00edculos y videos en revistas y diarios del Per\u00fa y la regi\u00f3n. Sus videos tienen m\u00e1s de 5.5 millones de vistas en YouTube. Tambi\u00e9n es miembro del Consejo Consultivo de CENTRUM Cat\u00f3lica, y de los directorios de Apoyo Comunicaciones, de la Liga contra el C\u00e1ncer, de YPO Per\u00fa y YPO Latam, entre otras actividades.<\/p>\n

Asimismo, su libro \u201cUSTED S.A. va por su d\u00e9cimo quinta edici\u00f3n con m\u00e1s de 110,000 libros vendidos en el Per\u00fa y Latinoam\u00e9rica, ayudando en la empleabilidad y marketing personal de las personas en 8 pa\u00edses de Am\u00e9rica Latina. Pr\u00f3ximamente ser\u00e1 publicado en ingl\u00e9s en USA, UK y Australia.<\/p>\n
