Estas traer\u00e1n considerables consecuencias para las organizaciones, la gesti\u00f3n de personas, la necesidad de nuevos estilos de liderazgo y modelos organizativos.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Y veremos nuevamente reestructuraciones. En muchos casos ellas ser\u00e1n consecuencia de no haber realizado las transformaciones a tiempo, ya que esos procesos son la manera \u00f3ptima de adaptar la organizaci\u00f3n a los cambios en lugar de reaccionar ante ellos.<\/p>\n<p>Las transformaciones \/ reestructuraciones presentar\u00e1n a las empresas y a la alta direcci\u00f3n implicaciones en lo estrat\u00e9gico, en el qu\u00e9 y en el c\u00f3mo, as\u00ed como importantes retos reputacionales &#8211; principal valor estrat\u00e9gico de la organizaci\u00f3n -, impactos econ\u00f3micos, impactos sociales, protecci\u00f3n del talento, continuidad de la actividad entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>La apuesta por la movilidad interna ser\u00e1 vital durante las reestructuraciones, m\u00e1s a\u00fan cuando la pandemia dej\u00f3 a muchos muy desconectados de sus trabajos. M\u00e1s de un 15% dejar\u00eda sus puestos de inmediato con un incentivo adecuado ya que sus prioridades y necesidades cambiaron.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora que las habilidades actuales de los equipos y sus niveles de motivaci\u00f3n no son suficientes para asegurar el \u00e9xito, tocar\u00e1 adecuar a las fuerzas laborales \u2013 y nosotros nuestros niveles de empleabilidad \u2013 para dotarlos en paralelo de las nuevas habilidades (<em>upskill\/reskill<\/em>) y nosotros mantenernos vigentes, m\u00e1s productivos y visiblemente comprometidos antes de las reestructuraciones.<\/p>\n<p>Otro reto muy importante vendr\u00e1 desde el dise\u00f1o de los procesos de&nbsp;<em>off-boarding<\/em>, es decir, de la etapa final de la experiencia del empleado al momento de dejar la organizaci\u00f3n. Los nuevos paradigmas de c\u00f3mo llevar a cabo las salidas han cambiado de una mirada de costo a una de inversi\u00f3n con el objetivo de que los exempleados se conviertan en los mejores embajadores de marca. Y de all\u00ed la importancia de ofrecer oportunidades reales de recolocaci\u00f3n a los afectados, no para salir del paso ni un \u201cas\u00ed nom\u00e1s\u201d para \u201cquedar bien\u201d, sino programas dise\u00f1ados para restituir los niveles de actividad v\u00eda la movilidad externa, facilitar los acuerdos y preservar la imagen de la compa\u00f1\u00eda en aut\u00e9ntica coherencia con sus valores y una humanidad real.<\/p>\n<p>Un exempleado, profesional o ejecutivo que la organizaci\u00f3n trat\u00f3 bien y con mucho respeto durante todas las etapas de su proceso de&nbsp;<em>off-boarding<\/em>&nbsp;(de una salida voluntaria o involuntaria) ser\u00e1 el mejor embajador de marca tanto empresarial como personal por muchos a\u00f1os en adelante. El nuevo paradigma de la gesti\u00f3n de la transformaci\u00f3n apunta a no descuidar jam\u00e1s ning\u00fan aspecto de algo tan importante para la reputaci\u00f3n y la marca empleadora de la organizaci\u00f3n. Y, sobre todo, para el sentir de las personas afectadas y de los que se quedan en la empresa esperando que les llegue su turno.
