{"id":17514,"date":"2023-03-08T11:51:24","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T16:51:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/a60047bb09.nxcli.io\/?p=17514"},"modified":"2023-12-18T07:39:20","modified_gmt":"2023-12-18T12:39:20","slug":"ranking-forbes-estas-son-las-10-mujeres-mas-poderosas-de-peru-en-linkedin","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/inestemple.com\/en\/2023\/03\/ranking-forbes-estas-son-las-10-mujeres-mas-poderosas-de-peru-en-linkedin\/","title":{"rendered":"Forbes Ranking | These are the 10 most powerful women in Peru on LinkedIn"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"detail_page\">\nPublished in Forbes Peru, on March 7, 2023<\/p>\n<p>For the first time, Forbes Peru, together with Brandtech (a professional digital reputation consultancy) and Crant (a firm that develops artificial intelligence solutions), presents the ranking \u201cThe 10 most powerful women in Peru LinkedIn\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>To develop this ranking, Brandtech and Crant created an automated dashboard that evaluates the performance in the professional network par excellence, LinkedIn, of the women who make up the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/forbes.pe\/mujeres-poderosas-peru-2022\/2022-08-24\/listado-forbes-estas-son-las-50-mujeres-mas-poderosas-de-peru\/\">\u201cThe 50 \u201cmost powerful women in Peru\u201d,<\/a> which Forbes presented last year.<\/p>\n<h2>BEHIND THE RANKING<\/h2>\n<p>The evaluation criteria used to create the dashboard are based on two types of analysis: quantitative and qualitative. In the first case, we worked with the Influence Index, an indicator that is incorporated into Brandtech and Crant&#8217;s digital personal brand metrics software. This provides a high-level view of how attractive each personal brand is to the audience. This metric is a daily monitoring of the brand&#8217;s performance on LinkedIn.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Influence Index takes into account the following: the volume of publications, their interactions, the sentiment of the comments and incorporates a retrospective period of several weeks,\u201d details \u00c1lvaro Mel\u00e9ndez, founder and CEO of Crant.<\/p>\n<p>After collecting the data from the 50 women, Brandtech, through its experience in digital reputation on LinkedIn, carried out a qualitative evaluation of the accounts, with which it sought to corroborate and\/or correct the \u201creal\u201d performance of the participants with the data obtained. \u201cTo do this, criteria such as consistency in publications, the level and depth of writing, as well as the content formats and pillars that are most shared were taken into account,\u201d details Gabriela Denegri, founder of Brandtech.<\/p>\n<div class=\"img_div\">\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/InesTemple.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/BANNER-3-1024x412.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"412\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-17838\" srcset=\"https:\/\/inestemple.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/BANNER-3-1024x412.png 1024w, https:\/\/inestemple.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/BANNER-3-300x121.png 300w, https:\/\/inestemple.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/BANNER-3-768x309.png 768w, https:\/\/inestemple.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/BANNER-3.png 1501w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/>\n<\/div>\n<h2>MAIN FINDINGS<\/h2>\n<p>The analysis revealed several relevant details about the women who make up the ranking (which orders the characters in order of relevance) as well as the rest of the 50 powerful women. To begin with, the topics most addressed by these characters are leadership, female empowerment and personal publications (achievements, experiences or anecdotes). In addition, four of the top five women in the ranking prepared by Brandtech and Crant are entrepreneurs or have their own businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The topics least addressed by the 50 women analyzed, according to Brandtech and Crant, were: diversity, sustainability and technology.
