A las preguntas \u2018\u00bfque nos puede hacer ser m\u00e1s empleables?\u2019 \u2018\u00bfqu\u00e9 puede contribuir a nuestros niveles de empleabilidad en el mercado?\u2019 Siempre hay tres cosas que son fundamenteles. La primera es la lucidez para entender el mercado laboral, cu\u00e1les son las reglas, qu\u00e9 cuenta hoy d\u00eda, qu\u00e9 cambi\u00f3. Una segunda cosa importante es nuestra actitud. Y una tercera, es la visi\u00f3n empresarial del manejo de nuestra carrera. Hablando ahora de actitud, hay una frase que me encanta que dice: \u201cuno no puede cambiar la cara que tiene, pero s\u00ed la cara que pone\u201d. Y cu\u00e1l es la actitud que uno pone frente a su trabajo, frente a la gente en las organizaciones, en general frente a los resultados que es capaz de generar, es fundamental.
