Porque un logro sin resultados cuantificables no significa nada\u201d, comenta In\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"1129\">Adem\u00e1s, nos invita a hacer una lista de logros y del impacto que generaron en las organizaciones donde trabajamos. A partir de ese ejercicio, podremos identificar nuestras fortalezas m\u00e1s recurrentes y construir un mensaje s\u00f3lido.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1131\" data-end=\"1353\">\u201cLas fortalezas y los logros est\u00e1n \u00edntimamente relacionados. No hablemos de fortalezas si no las sustentamos con logros.
