Y es dif\u00edcil alcanzar un sue\u00f1o o un ideal cuando no sabes hacia d\u00f3nde vas. Es como navegar en un barco sin rumbo ni provisiones claras: puedes terminar en cualquier puerto porque nunca decidiste a d\u00f3nde quer\u00edas llegar. Temple manifest\u00f3 que, por eso es tan importante tener claridad sobre qu\u00e9 quieres, hacia d\u00f3nde deseas avanzar y en qu\u00e9 tipo de trabajo o cultura organizacional te sentir\u00edas realmente contento cada ma\u00f1ana. \u201cAs\u00ed que, si yo fuera tu hada madrina y te preguntara: \u00bfD\u00f3nde te gustar\u00eda trabajar o qu\u00e9 actividad te gustar\u00eda realizar?
